Born in 1963, Dr. Hüseyin Nazlıkul completed his medical education in Germany and Turkey; he earned a second doctorate in complementary medicine at Berlin's Charité and received the title of Prof. med. h.c. at the University of Hamburg.
In 2004 he founded the Scientific Neural Therapy and Regulation Association (BNR); today, as President of IFMANT, he delivers neural therapy and regulation medicine training at an international level.
