Stress, Sleep and HRV
Heart rate variability (HRV) is one of the most reliable indicators of the autonomic nervous system — the body’s balance between stress and recovery. Low HRV signals a body in constant alarm; high HRV signals strong regulation capacity.
Chronic stress and disturbed sleep silently exhaust this balance: immunity weakens, inflammation rises, the pain threshold drops. The HRV approach, covered in depth in the book "Kalbin Dili" (The Language of the Heart), is presented below together with articles on stress, sleep and vegetative balance.
