MAPS Therapy

MAPS, or microsystem therapy, is a regulation treatment method used by physicians who have thorough knowledge of acupuncture and its philosophy, and who are highly familiar with microsystem areas.

Traditional classical body acupuncture has, in recent years, been complemented by a series of systems referred to as a special form of acupuncture. A microsystem represents a projection of the entire body onto a smaller area, that is, within a single microsystem. These projection areas are reflex zones used for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

MAPS, or microsystem therapy, is a regulation treatment method used by physicians who have thorough knowledge of acupuncture and its philosophy, and who are highly familiar with microsystem areas. MAPS zones can be treated using either dry needling or injection methods.
