AK - Applied Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the control of energy flow in moving muscles, i.e. muscle testing. Applied kinesiology is a method of diagnosis and treatment at the same time. The main goal is to achieve physical and spiritual balance by using the body's own energy. It is a method of asking questions with special techniques to the muscles within the integrity of the body.  

The condition of the whole organism manifests itself in muscle functions. In other words, the muscles are an indicator of everything that occurs in the organism and is registered in the vegetative nervous system. It is possible to approach and solve many situations such as treating fears, reducing stress, finding the support products the body needs, identifying toxins, etc. with kinesiological method.
