Information Security Policy

Dr. Hüseyin NAZLIKUL considers it of the utmost importance to meet the information security requirements arising from the Ministry of Health and relevant legislation and standards to which the clinic is subject, to fulfill obligations arising from agreements, and to satisfy the information security requirements arising from institutional responsibilities toward internal and external stakeholders — as well as to ensure the continuity of the services provided and the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of stored information, whether belonging to patients or to our own organization. With the support of all our staff, we aim to further improve our processes in this context and to internalize a culture of information security in line with the following principles.

  • To ensure that our information security management system is professionally documented, certified, and continuously improved,
  • To continuously review our risks and apply controls for those above an acceptable level,
  • To increase our employees’ awareness of information security,
  • To meet the requirements of the national or sector-specific regulations, legal and other relevant legislation to which we are subject, to fulfill obligations arising from agreements, and to satisfy the information security requirements arising from institutional responsibilities toward internal and external stakeholders,
  • To have the competence to respond quickly to any information security incidents that may occur and to minimize their impact,
  • To enhance the clinic’s reputation and protect it from adverse effects related to information security,
  • We commit to working with dedication to be an exemplary Clinic in terms of information security.

Sincerely,

Dr. Hüseyin NAZLIKUL
