A beauty secret... Detox

The word "detox" is not used in modern medicine, but its German equivalent, Entschlackung (detoxification), is a fairly commonly used word in Germany. As is well known, as a result of the processing of substances, alongside the pure products, various waste substances that form a heap of impurities also emerge. In complementary medicine, "cleansing" refers to ridding the body of these waste substances that arise as a result of metabolic changes.

While cleansing from toxins can be achieved through fasting, sweating cures, medicinal herbal teas, and tinctures, the most lasting treatment can only be applied by a physician trained in this field. Modern medicine gives no place to this; it holds that the liver and kidneys already expel the body's waste substances, and that no further cleansing is needed.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POISON AND TOXINS

Poison causes direct and active damage. Toxins, on the other hand, are the concentration of waste substances that arise during metabolic changes. When do toxins become a problem? If the body cannot expel all of its waste, and these waste substances are stored in the body (hips, abdomen, nape of the neck, rheumatic nodules, lymph nodes, intestines, decayed tooth roots, connective tissue, etc.), they cause various problems. In some people, toxins even accumulate between the fat layers that gather in the abdomen, hips, or nape of the neck. The organ where toxins accumulate the most is the connective tissue. Modern medicine pays little attention to connective tissue, yet it has now been understood just how important connective tissue is.

Looking at the developmental process, connective tissue is the oldest organ in our body. Thanks to neural therapy, its function is better understood today. The importance of connective tissue's activity for human health has been demonstrated by the scientific work of Pischinger and Heine on the ground substance (matrix).

Toxins accumulated in the body are not a problem only for overweight people — they are equally dangerous for thin people as well. Normally, a healthy human body expels toxins (dead cells, fats, waste substances resulting from metabolic changes, etc.) and poison.

One-sided unhealthy eating — especially excessive consumption of animal products — along with overload from stress, smoking, alcohol, and chemical medications (particularly antibiotics, cortisone, paracetamol, etc.), and the inability to fully expel these substances, cause an excessive concentration of toxic material to build up in the body, turning the connective tissue into a very suitable nest for microbes.

Bacteria, viruses, and fungi that settle on these toxins accumulated in the connective tissue cannot be destroyed by the immune system, and the microbes there continuously produce toxic gases, toxic alcohols, and biogenic amines. This upsets the entire balance of the body and causes a wide variety of illnesses to emerge. For example, beneficial bacteria and fungi in the intestines can produce excessive amounts of methane gas, which causes a very unpleasant odor when the person passes gas. In some people, toxic alcohols are produced in excess, causing their breath to smell of alcohol even though they have not consumed any. Others produce excessive histamine, which is the cause of all kinds of allergies. Your doctor, upon detecting excess histamine in you, may prescribe cortisone medication or an injection to balance it.

Yet the brain determines how many micrograms — even nanograms — of a given hormone need to be secreted by the glands or mast cells, and gives the order to the pituitary gland. The pituitary, in turn, instructs the adrenal glands, thyroid gland, testes, ovaries, and other organs on how much of which hormone needs to be produced, and the hormone is produced in a sufficient amount.

So, can the brain take precautions against histamine produced by harmful bacteria and fungi in the intestines? No. Why? Because fungi and harmful bacteria are foreign and lie outside the brain's control domain. For this reason, people are forced to continue for a lifetime with the cortisone that doctors prescribe against allergies, and unfortunately this is not curative. The solution is to cleanse the body of fungi and harmful bacteria. This is only possible through a comprehensive detoxification carried out under the supervision of a specialist who knows this field. What needs to be done is not to kill the mosquito, but to drain the swamp.

Heavy animal foods such as meat and cheese cause the body to become acidic, and various medications are usually taken to cleanse the acidified body. But it is necessary to eat healthily and avoid overburdening the body in order to prevent toxin formation in the first place. If toxins have already formed, they must be eliminated, and this is only possible through a comprehensive detox program.

What happens if the toxins accumulated in the body are not expelled? Toxins concentrate in blood vessels, lymph nodes and vessels, organs, connective tissues, decayed tooth roots, the jaw, and the joints. Microbes that settle on toxin deposits lodged in the connective tissue also create an even easier environment for their own activity.

This leads to rheumatism, gout, all kinds of inflammatory disease, swelling of the lymph nodes, fatty deposits in the blood vessels, acidification and blockage in the tissues. Nutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, glucose, etc.) and oxygen cannot sufficiently reach the cells.

Toxins lodged in the connective tissue cause arteriosclerosis — that is, hardening and fatty deposits in the blood vessels. Arteriosclerosis can be seen even at the age of 20. Today, young people generally eat nutrient-poor fast food and drink soft drinks with excessive sugar content, such as cola and orange soda. Vascular hardening causes functional insufficiencies in the brain, heart, skeletal muscles, and sexual organs. An increase in blood cholesterol appears much later. Cholesterol first concentrates in the tissues, joints, and blood vessels, and only later begins to show up in the blood. Treatment for this is possible through healthy eating, therapeutic fasting, neural therapy, alkaline water, colon hydrotherapy — in short, applying a comprehensive detox program.

Toxins accumulated in the body, that is, in the connective tissue, are like garbage piling up in the street. If the garbage collector does not come, the streets become impassable with trash, and epidemics spread quickly. Toxins in the cells, the spaces between cells, tissues, and organs are carried away by the lymphatic system and the blood. As a result of metabolic changes, an excessive amount of acid forms in the body. This acid is expelled after converting into water and carbon dioxide. But if the diet is persistently wrong, toxin accumulation intensifies, and instead of being expelled, it is stored in the tissues, blood vessels, intestines, and joints. For this reason, the first and most important condition is eating correctly.

The most important factor in staying healthy and living a healthy life is capillary blood circulation. Because the arrival of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes to the cells, and the circulation of defense mechanisms such as macrophages, T cells, and B cells that fight microbes between the cells, depend on this. For this reason, alongside a comprehensive detox program, healthy and correct nutrition is essential.

First of all, the consumption of animal products should be reduced. Cheese in particular should be eaten very sparingly, as it causes acidosis and inflammation. Black tea and coffee should be reduced, as they irritate the stomach and intestines.

As a result of inflammation occurring in the intestines, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids are not sufficiently absorbed, and various complaints arise. In this case, it is necessary to take a 5-6 month break from meat and meat products, as they cause acidosis.

Remember that a detox program, in addition to cleansing the body of toxins, is also an important complementary approach that strengthens a person's immune system. However, this task is too complex and comprehensive to be left to dietitians alone. Because a detox program without a neural therapy component is considered incomplete.
