If you tire quickly and sleep doesn't solve it, this may be the reason

Looking at it in general terms, the damage and illnesses caused by acidification in the body are better understood. Today, the effect of acidification on illness is much better known. Certain conditions are typical diseases caused by acidification.

Rheumatism is an acidosis disease. Yes, you read that correctly; today we know that accumulated acids in the body underlie many rheumatic conditions. In individuals who consume animal protein, especially those who eat meat and cheese, excessive amounts of uric acid are seen to form, and this can also be measured with laboratory data.

A large amount of basic elements is needed to convert the increased uric acid in the blood into acidic salts. Among the elements with basic, or alkaline, properties are primarily sodium, potassium, calcium, fluorine, chlorine, and magnesium.

The uric acid that forms is converted into uric acid crystals and stored. The kidneys expel a certain amount of uric acid through urine. If protein intake — particularly of animal foods — continues, or if tooth decay has formed, the kidneys cannot expel these crystals. These formations that cannot be expelled from the body are then converted into uric acid salt and stored. These crystals settle primarily in connective tissue and cartilage tissue, giving rise to the rheumatic pain we know in the joints and soft tissues.

THIS FATIGUE DOES NOT GO AWAY WITH SLEEP

Animal foods such as cheese, meat, and meat products cause a rise in H+ (hydrogen) and C+ (carbon) ions in our body. O2 (oxygen) ions are needed to neutralize this, and as a result H2CO3 (carbonic acid) is formed. An excessive rise in H2CO3 leads to acidification of the blood, which represents a great danger. The H2CO3 that forms is expelled through H2O (water) — that is, via the urinary tract — while CO2 (carbon dioxide) is expelled via the respiratory tract. Meat itself is not actually very acidic, but the body acidifies it during processing, and acid begins to accumulate in our body during this process. To stop the acidification, the brain orders a slowdown in oxygen intake to the lungs. With this slowdown in oxygen intake, cells cannot be nourished properly, and the person tires quickly. This fatigue does not go away with sleep. To solve the problem, consumption of animal foods should be reduced.

Due to weakening or inflammation of the stomach, quality and sufficient sodium bicarbonate cannot be produced. This causes a deficiency of sodium bicarbonate — the most important factor preventing acidification of the body — and therefore leads to acidosis. As a result of acidosis, many conditions arise, including heart and circulatory problems, indigestion, excessive gas formation in the intestines, constipation, rheumatic and other inflammatory diseases, gout, diabetes, and cancer.

The pancreas gland neutralizes stomach acid with the sodium bicarbonate it secretes. If there is pancreatic insufficiency, sufficient enzymes cannot be produced, and the acid-base balance in the blood can be disrupted.

As mentioned above, disruption of the acid-base balance is one of the leading factors that facilitates the emergence of many illnesses.

THE INABILITY TO BREAK THIS VICIOUS CYCLE...

Among the leading conditions caused by this are allergic diseases, infectious diseases, chronic fatigue, herniated discs, muscle and joint disorders, high blood pressure, and gastrointestinal disorders. For this reason, it is necessary to consume mainly alkaline foods. Vegetables and whole grains are foremost among these foods.

If, due to poor diet, the pH value of the intestines rises to 7 (neutral) or slightly above, the ammonium (NH4+) produced during the digestion of nutrients converts into ammonia (NH3). Because ammonia carries no positive or negative charge — that is, it is neutral — it easily penetrates cells and enters the bloodstream from there.

The liver attempts to neutralize the ammonia in the blood, along with biogenic amines and the toxic gases and toxic alcohols secreted by microorganisms. During this process, the liver becomes overburdened and fatigued, and cannot properly carry out its main task of enzyme production. A liver unable to carry out its active function facilitates the development of various illnesses. If this situation continues for a long time, it disrupts the gut flora and causes even more waste substances to be produced. The inability to break this vicious cycle causes many chronic illnesses to emerge.

Disruption of the gut flora paves the way for the development of many illnesses, such as skin diseases, allergies, rheumatic diseases, migraine, high blood pressure, stress, and sleep disorders. Ammonia is a dangerous poison for cells, while ammonium has properties that cleanse the intestinal mucosa.

Another factor causing gastrointestinal insufficiency is the consumption of fast food, canned goods, chocolate, sugary drinks, lemonade, cola, orange soda, and foods containing excessive additives, as well as the careless use of various chemical medications. Among these medications, the most dangerous are antibiotics, which destroy the gut flora and stomach mucosa. Such individuals develop gastritis very easily. As the gut flora deteriorates and becomes inflamed, the beneficial bacteria that decrease are replaced by an invasion of fungi we call Candida. As a result, the stomach cannot secrete sufficient intrinsic factor, and the fungi in the intestines continuously produce mycotoxins (fungal poisons).

The intrinsic factor secreted by the stomach enables the intestines to absorb vitamin B12, folic acid, methionine, and minerals. In short, intrinsic factor is just as important for the digestion of nutrients as insulin is for diabetic patients.

If intrinsic factor is not produced in sufficient amounts, vitamin and mineral deficiency occurs. As a result, allergies, skin diseases, and various digestive system disorders are seen.

To free the body from this acidic state, detoxification should be done first. It is possible to determine the level of toxins that have settled in the body using the Reviquant method. It is also useful to know about heavy metals present in the tissues.

One of the main ways to overcome this condition is to drink regular and sufficient water, and to pay particular attention to consuming alkaline water. Other methods we can list include regular physical activity, breathing exercises, colon hydrotherapy, neural therapy, phytotherapy and homeopathic support, healthy and balanced nutrition, quality sleep, and managing stress.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACIDITY AND CALCIUM

Toxins have acidic properties. Acidic formations in the connective tissue and blood bind calcium to themselves. If they cannot find sufficient calcium in the blood and connective tissue, they take calcium from the inner walls of the blood vessels; if they cannot find it there either, they take calcium from the bones.

A certain amount of calcium loss from the bones may not create a major problem. In contrast, even a very slight acidification occurring in the blood can result in various illnesses, and often even death.

Cholesterol takes the place of the calcium removed from the inner walls of the blood vessels. If cholesterol is continually added in place of the steadily decreasing calcium, the vessels harden and the condition we call arteriosclerosis begins to appear. As blood pressure rises, damage occurs to the inner walls of the hardened vessels. Sometimes the damage occurring in the vessel wall appears as micro-tears, and cholesterol accumulates in these tears. As a result, arteriosclerosis — that is, hardening of the vessels — becomes firmly established. The hardening of the vessels due to fatty deposits means that organs such as the brain, heart, penis, and vagina cannot receive sufficient blood. This causes stroke, brain hemorrhage, high blood pressure, impotence in men, and lack of sexual desire in women.

In patients who use chemical medications frequently and in large amounts — for example, in severe cases undergoing chemotherapy — excessive cell death is observed; cell death increases uric acid in the blood. To neutralize this, calcium in the body is used the most. For this reason, it becomes necessary to urgently replenish the depleted calcium intravenously.

Acidic beverages (lemonade, cola, and sugary drinks) facilitate the excretion of calcium from the blood and bones, and often even replace it outright. This is how the condition we call osteoporosis, or bone loss, occurs.
