The silent threat of our age: The electrosmog alarm

From exhaustion to insomnia, from headaches to loss of concentration… It has been suggested that behind these ordinary complaints of daily life lies an unnoticed electromagnetic siege.

If you feel exhaustion, fatigue, irritability, lethargy, and tension, and if you experience blood pressure fluctuations, a persistent allergic cough, dry skin, sleep disorders, difficulty falling asleep, trouble concentrating, frequent illness, unexplained fainting, and headaches, know that you are under siege.

The source of this siege is neither a germ nor a disease. The source of this siege is the technological devices surrounding you.

Although the word "electrosmog" has been frequently mentioned in the media in recent years, it has still not been clearly defined. We in the medical field define electrosmog — the term for what arises during the generation, transmission, flow, or use of electricity — as the technical field or the pollution created by the loading of waves or electrical current.

Unfortunately, many people, even without realizing it, suffer from a host of complaints caused by these waves and fields. In fact, the problem stems from the fact that humans themselves are a massive electrical system, operating with a voltage of 1-250 microvolts across 5 billion nerve cells spanning 500,000 kilometers. What's more, according to the principles of biomagnetology, like all beings and substances, the human body also has strong magnetic properties. Like the sun, air, and water, magnetism is an indispensable part of human existence. Accordingly, the signals of the magnetic field that the substances making up a person use to communicate with each other are in a natural exchange, both with each other and with the earth's magnetic field.

The earth's magnetic field has three variables called "frequency," "direction of spin," and "magnitude/strength of spin," and these become attuned to the human body and support our body's energy. For example, the earth's magnetic field increases cellular oxygen at night. In this way, it both supports sleep and, by promoting biological healing, reduces inflammation and eases pain.

But when the sun rises, the positive magnetic field it brings with it reduces cellular oxygen, which supports wakefulness, hinders biological healing, and increases pain.

The pineal gland, located at the center of the head and responsible for regulating hormones, enzymes, and immune functions, is a magnetic organ made up of magnetic crystals.

However, the pollution known as "electrosmog," which has emerged with the arrival of electromagnetic devices in our lives, affects this open system and damages the natural electrical exchange. Melatonin, a hormone highly sensitive to magnetic energy and specific to this exchange, is released at night when the earth's magnetic field is active. The production of the melatonin hormone occurs at 3 Hz. If electromagnetic pollution is present in the environment, quality melatonin and growth hormone simply cannot be produced, and as a result, illnesses begin to appear. Good sleep requires a high level of melatonin. Growth hormone is linked to melatonin levels. As people age, the production of these hormones begins to decline.

Among the factors that disrupt the balance between the human body and the magnetic field are signals from pollutants such as chemical contaminants, toxic substances, and radiation. Although each person reacts differently, in those whose balance is disrupted, electrical currents, radiation, harmful substances in the air, mold, chemicals in use, medications, foods, heavy metals such as amalgam, and other burdens cause many diseases and allergies.

In addition, it has been concluded in recent years that children living in areas with above-average magnetic field values have a higher likelihood of developing cancer. Several studies have also observed that pregnant women who spend long periods in areas with above-average magnetic fields and strong electrosmog experience more difficult births, and it has been noted that high magnetic fields and pollution triple the likelihood of miscarriage in expectant mothers. For this reason, it is very important for building biologists who perform environmental analysis and physicians to work together. However, since research on this subject is not yet sufficient, many academics tend to overlook the harms of electrosmog.

Whether we see them or not, whether we know it or not, there are moving and static fields all around us...
