Relaxation exercises; regular exercise is an essential complement to physical activity. To cope with stress, one needs physical exercise, yoga, meditation, and relaxation exercises.

Artists and people engaged in speed-demanding sports, despite being under high stress, do not experience concentration problems in their work and daily life thanks to regular relaxation exercises.

Listening to calm music in particular feels good when you are stressed. If music is listened to regularly with the eyes closed, the harmony of health can be strengthened.

Time must be set aside for hobbies; racing against time triggers stress. Failure to complete certain tasks within the given time causes stress. Someone who plans their working style well can lead a life free of stress by setting aside time for hobbies and rest in daily life.

Nature's anti-stress program; keeping individual stress under control is also possible through adequate intake of natural nutrients.

Anti-stress plants; with the help of the medicinal plants nature offers us, our body's ability to take responsibility in the face of stress factors can increase. The adaptogenic effects of the active ingredient ginseng root have been proven. Depending on the dose, this plant either corrects or triggers stress. Ginseng, coming from the Asian pharmacopoeia, is among the traditional plants used to make people strong and healthy. This medicinal plant increases human productivity, reduces the need for rest, and relieves physical and mental fatigue. A ginseng treatment course should last at least 4 weeks, followed by a break of several weeks. This plant also strengthens the immune system.

Mood-boosting plants; St. John's wort and kava kava are plants that help against stress. They have antidepressant, mood-enhancing, and fear-relieving effects. With the use of mood-boosting plants, mental state is positively affected while events that cause stress are perceived as less of a stress source, and people approach events with a calmer mind.

St. John's wort is available as fresh plant juice and in the form of red oil. For St. John's wort to produce the desired effect as a remedy, it must be taken continuously for at least 2 weeks. For the effect of kava kava to appear, it must be used for at least 10 days. For prolonged use of up to two months, a doctor should definitely be consulted.

Relaxing plants; valerian, lemon balm, hops, and lavender are plants that soothe, reduce tension, and help you fall asleep easily. Lemon balm and lavender, above all thanks to their pleasant scent, have a calming effect on you. A pillow made of hops also helps you sleep better.
