Why do we feel tired?
We are a consumer society. We consume very fast, and we consume everything. Money, love, time, knowledge…
Our mornings begin with the alarm on our phones, rushing straight out of bed. We hurry to get our children to school and ourselves to work. Throughout the day we try to get things done with ever-faster technological devices. We find everything on Google. We reach everything quickly. But the things we reach so quickly are also valued—and consumed—that much faster. By the end of the day we rush home. We hurry to feed our families. We eat our meals quickly. Then the children rush through their homework, and we rush through our TV shows. Tired, more tired, we hurry into sleep… And even in sleep, time seems to run out faster.
What I mean is, we live fast. In fact, technology can't even keep up with us. Higher-end phones, faster computers, faster cars, more technological homes. But instead of making our lives easier, we are all more tired and more short on time.
Why are we more tired now?
WHY ARE WE MORE TIRED
In recent years we have started to become aware of this, and as a result there are many energy-based practices out there. This time it's all about energy, about spirituality. Whether they understand it or not, people throw themselves into these practices. But that's not my subject here. I want to explain why we are more tired.
The human body is an electrical body. Our cells work through electrical conduction. This magnificent machine operates through the conduction of a current of around 90 mV. But let's look at the environments we live in; we walk around constantly connected to satellites. All of our mobile phones have internet connections. Our offices are a web of cables. Our homes have internet too, wireless connections everywhere. We live in smart buildings. Everything is remote-controlled: air conditioning, doors, all electrical appliances. It's the same at our workplaces—the windows don't even open. The shopping malls we visit on weekends are a complete world of electricity! We fall asleep in front of the television, remote control in our lap, an iPad on top of it, and internet-connected smartphones beside us.
We are tired! I think our bodies are holding up remarkably well…
For our bodies to be able to rest, they need to step out of this electrical network. Because we cannot do this, we are constantly tense, stressed, and tired. Of course, there are other causes of our fatigue too, such as nutrition-related latent acidosis, but I will share that with you in another article.
WHAT WE NEED TO DO
Under normal conditions, the earth and the atmosphere have a gravitational pull. And we live in balance with our own electrical bodies within these two great fields of attraction. This is the nature of our creation and our very nature! However, these man-made, modern—and unfortunately quickly-adopted—comfortable lifestyles are preventing us from resting.
You know how our eyes burn if we spend too long at the computer; how we get tired quickly at shopping malls, overheat, get flushed; how our ear warms up if we talk on the phone for a long time… All of these happen because we are exposed to intense electrical fields. Our bodies are constantly trying to cope with a state of being unable to rest within these electrical fields. The result is sometimes chronic fatigue, sometimes unexplained tension, and sometimes painful illnesses…
So, what should we do? Do we need to leave the big cities and abandon our comfortable lives? Saying yes to this would not be a realistic answer, at least not for me. But there are certainly some precautions we can take:
- Do not keep an electrical device in the room where you sleep.
- Do not constantly carry your mobile phone on you.
- Use your mobile phone with headphones.
- And try to talk on it as little as possible.
- Try to spend your rest time outdoors.
- Get out into nature whenever you can.
- Use electromagnetic field protection devices.
- Don't turn smartphones into toys for your children.
