The cause is not what you eat, but what you cannot digest
Can't lose weight, or do you keep gaining weight...
The Cause Is Not the Same: What We Cannot Digest Is a Bigger Problem Than What We Eat
One of the most common complaints modern medicine encounters:
"No matter what I do, I can't lose weight..."
or
"I hardly eat anything, but I still gain weight..."
Behind these two seemingly opposite conditions can lie the same type of problem: disrupted internal balance, that is, a regulatory disorder.
The Problem Is Not in the Calories, But in Digestion
The inability to gain or lose weight is related not only to what we eat, but to what we can digest and deliver to the cell.
If nutrients do not reach the cell, the calories taken in become merely a "burden."
Over time, this burden results in outcomes such as swelling in connective tissue, lymphatic blockage, mitochondrial insufficiency, and even insulin resistance.
An Intestine with Disrupted Flora Affects Both the Brain and Metabolism
The gut flora is described as the second brain, affecting every system from digestion to immunity, from brain chemistry to hormones.
If yeast species such as Candida albicans have proliferated in the intestine, if beneficial bacteria in the flora have decreased, or if intestinal permeability has been disrupted, the following become inevitable:
- Bloating, gas, irritable bowel syndrome
- A craving for sweets and eating episodes
- Sleep irregularities and mood disorders
- Persistent fatigue and stubborn weight
Acid-Base Balance and Latent Acidosis
One of the conditions frequently encountered behind chronic fatigue, weight resistance, and intracellular enzymatic blockages is latent (hidden) acidosis.
This is a chronic acid load that continues not in the blood, but in the tissues.
Eating late at night, eating quickly, digestion under stress, and consumption of caffeinated and packaged products contribute to this imbalance.
Heavy Metals and Electrosmog: Invisible Triggers
Heavy metals such as mercury, lead, and cadmium, and today's invisible threat, electrosmog (Wi-Fi, mobile phones, screen lights), suppress metabolism.
These substances and electromagnetic loads:
- Make the cell membrane permeable,
- Suppress the mitochondria,
- Tire out detox organs (liver, lymph, kidneys),
- Disrupt the order of the autonomic nervous system.
And as a result: a body that cannot lose weight but constantly feels tired...
The Solution: A Holistic Detoxification and Regulation Plan
Diet lists alone are not enough. Every body's needs are different.
In the regulation medicine approach, the following steps are followed first:
- Repair of the gut flora
- Reduction of the Candida and fungal load
- Restoration of the acid-base balance
- Heavy metal and toxin detoxification (phytotherapy & chelation support)
- Regulation of the nervous system (neural therapy & vagal tone activation)
- Cellular-level energy support (Q10, NADH, mitochondrial support)
Not Only What We Eat, But How We Live Also Shapes Us
Eating slowly, eating with gratitude, digesting in a quiet environment while living... All of these are no longer merely a cultural teaching, but now a biological necessity.
Because the body is nourished not only by food, but also by information, breath, environment, and emotions. And every missing piece in this wholeness also affects the body's weight balance.
The inability to lose weight, or gaining weight for no apparent reason, is not merely a matter of willpower. Biological load, emotional load, and toxic load must be evaluated together.
If you too are in such a cycle, perhaps it is time to look not at the mirror, but at your internal balance...
