Pay attention to omega-3 fatty acids

Modern medicine and biophysical research now reveal a very clear truth:

Omega-3 fatty acids are not just a supplement; they are your body's natural shield of protection against inflammation.

Our cell membranes, our nervous system, our immune cells, and even our mental clarity depend on the presence of these fatty acids. But simply taking omega-3 is not enough – in what form, for how long, and together with which other substances you take it is also of vital importance.

THE SCIENTIFIC PROFILE OF OMEGA-3: FOCUS ON EPA & DHA

Omega-3 fatty acids exist in 3 main forms:

  1. ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) – Flaxseed, chia, walnuts
  2. EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) – Fish and microalgae oil
  3. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) – Fish and microalgae oil

According to 2025 research, the conversion rate of the short-chain ALA form into EPA and DHA is below 5%. For this reason, relying solely on plant-based sources does not provide sufficient protection.

EPA: Strong anti-inflammatory effect, cardiovascular health, prevention of autoimmune diseases

DHA: Brain development, memory, stability of nerve cell membranes, protective effect in neurological diseases such as MS

A HERO THAT QUIETLY EXTINGUISHES INFLAMMATION

In our bodies, certain foods and lifestyle habits create micro-level inflammation. Over time, this inflammation triggers autoimmune diseases, vascular blockages, brain fog, fatigue and chronic diseases.

Omega-6 fatty acids (sunflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil, sausage, processed meat) are pro-inflammatory.
Omega-3 fatty acids, on the other hand, are anti-inflammatory and help balance the immune system.

Recent studies have shown that omega-3 intake reduces postprandial (after-meal) inflammation, preserves the elasticity of blood vessels, and strengthens the blood-brain barrier.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (MS) AND OMEGA-3: ESSENTIAL FOR IMMUNE BALANCE

In autoimmune diseases such as MS, the myelin sheath surrounding the nerves is damaged.
DHA levels in MS patients are much lower than in healthy individuals.
Certain proteins in meat and dairy products can trigger these harmful immune responses.

In addition:

  • Red meat and processed meats fuel inflammation with their high iron content.
  • High-salt diets disrupt the regulation of the immune system.
  • Refined carbohydrates and high-glycemic-index foods amplify the wave of inflammation.

2025 FACTS TO KNOW ABOUT OMEGA-3 USE

The source matters greatly: Microalgae oil free of heavy metals should be preferred over fish oil.

Capsule or liquid form?: Both forms can be used, but products with a high EPA/DHA ratio in triglyceride form provide better bioavailability.

Consistency is required: A minimum of 3 months of use is recommended for effect, ideally 12 months or more.

Ratios must be balanced: Recommended daily EPA + DHA dose: 1000–2000 mg
Ideal Omega-6 / Omega-3 ratio: should be between 1:2 and 1:4. Today, this ratio has risen to as high as 1:15.

OTHER INFLAMMATION-REDUCING SUPPORTS WITH THE NAZLIKUL APPROACH

  • Neural therapy: Improves the balance of immunity and inflammation by regulating the autonomic nervous system.
  • Repairing the flora with regulation medicine: Should work together with probiotics, prebiotics and phytotherapy.
  • Bioactive substances: Curcumin, resveratrol, coenzyme Q10, NADH, selenium, vitamin D
  • Low glycemic load diet: Vegetable-focused, free of processed foods
  • Electrosmog and toxin detox: Heavy metal detox and reduction of environmental electromagnetic burden

In conclusion, Omega-3 is not a supplement, but a vital molecule.

Omega-3 is not a trend; it is a shield of protection in an age of silent inflammation.

"Everything that nourishes the cell membrane extends life. When the cell membrane is left without water, without omega-3 and without a healthy flora, inflammation begins."
