The poison on our table: What is this NaCl?
What is interesting is that we take in 12-20 grams of NaCl a day from industrial foods alone—that is, from processed, ready-made foods—and this does not yet include the salt we add ourselves. In this way, we take in far more NaCl than we can break down. Our body must somehow protect itself from the NaCl that remains unbroken down in the body, that is, from this aggressiveness.
Let’s run an experiment: take two aquariums, put natural sea water in one and provide the environment a fish needs to live; put salty water, that is, water with NaCl, in the other aquarium and likewise provide the environment a fish needs to live. Now, if you put fish into each, you will see that the fish in the sea water swims normally, while the other dies of poisoning after 2-5 minutes.
These fish are the cells in your body, and you think you can live in such an environment. This is exactly why your body is trying to protect you from itself. Your body must somehow neutralize the unbroken-down salt, and it does this using your “precious” cellular water.
What keeps your cell alive must be sacrificed, each time, in an amount 23 times greater, to isolate and neutralize the NaCl in your body. Every gram of unbroken-down NaCl must bind to 23 times its amount of your high-value, highly structured cellular water. As a result, your cells die, and in this way your body dries out. Afterward, you become like an apple you pull out of your cellar the following spring—wrinkled, but still an apple; this is our aging process.
Some people, in later years, generally contain only 56-58% fluid. It is precisely in this situation that drinking plenty of water is necessary—at least 2 liters a day. However, in old age, a person no longer feels thirst; the sensation of thirst is gone, because there is very little salt left in the body. But here we are talking about the salt that enables osmosis. And if you take in salt, then you will have a natural sense of thirst.
But we are talking about “salt,” not NaCl! The body can only sacrifice cellular water to neutralize it up to a certain point, because beyond that, it causes edema to form.
These are the water-based tissues that serve as an excellent dumping ground for the other inorganic waste you take in through processed foods. And suddenly, you become heavier and heavier. Now the body must protect itself once again. The body’s next step for protection is crystallization. We have learned that crystals grow under pressure. They grow within mountains. The mountains of our body are our bones. When NaCl begins to recrystallize, crystals begin to grow in these areas. But for this, NaCl requires more animal albumin. However, all the elements you take into your body must first be broken down. And in albumin, this means amino acids—through their individual combinations (347 trillion combinations are possible), bodily albumin, in other words muscle tissue, can form. But when not all of these amino acids can be included—for example, lysine or tryptophan, which are not found in animal albumin—the necessary 347 trillion combination possibilities cannot form, and so the albumin you have taken in has no value and remains in your body as tiny crystals. Your doctor can demonstrate this with your own blood using darkfield microscopy, and in this way, you can observe the three-dimensional state—that is, the vitality—of your blood as it is illuminated from the side.
If you drink a glass of milk before such an experiment, you will see that the undigested albumin does not know where to go. Albumin produces uric acid in order to exit the body. The body can only eliminate part of this uric acid; with the rest, together with NaCl, it forms crystal deposits on the bones, causing the bones to thicken.
This crystallization that forms on the joints causes friction. Friction, in turn, causes inflammation. Inflammation causes connective tissue to accumulate on the ground substance as well, in other words causing edema or swelling, and your pain begins due to the pressure this places on the nerves.
If you go to a conventional doctor, you will be diagnosed with rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis, or gout. Yet a doctor practicing complementary medicine will recognize this as the body’s latent acidosis and the waste products accumulated in the ground substance. If you do not want to die because of these “waste products” accumulated on your bones, then you need refined, isolated antagonists to help you get rid of them.
Our advice to you: protect yourself from refined, inorganic, molecularly structured products and people. In the end, thanks to the salt in your blood vessels, measurable energy and measurable electricity are generated in your body. For example, an accident victim being taken to the hospital in an ambulance is given a saline infusion, not to support the blood, but to complete the electrical circuit. If the circuit cannot close, your lights will go out, because maintaining the body’s electrolyte level is important for that too.
For this, you need real salt, not NaCl. We need all the antagonists within this salt—that is, all its other elements. Just like the Calgon salt you use to prevent limescale buildup in a washing machine, you need to break down and eliminate molecular bonds within your body as well. Inorganic molecular bonds, once subjected to this process again, break apart, and their layers, coated with water and hydrated, can be eliminated in ionic form.
