"BE LIKE WATER, BUT DRINK CONSCIOUSLY": THE SILENT KEY TO HEALTHY LIVING

"A human being is water that has forgotten itself. Whoever wishes to remember themselves must first understand their own thirst."

More than 60-70% of the human body is water. But this ratio is far more than just a numerical fact; it shows that life itself flows through water, and that health is directly related to how well we are able to adapt to this flow. Yet many people still believe that drinking water only when they feel "thirsty" is sufficient. In fact, this is the first step toward chronic dehydration.

The Silent Role of Water: Detox, Cellular Energy and Autonomic Balance

Every one of our cells needs ionic balanceacid-base harmony, and electrical conductivity to carry out its vital functions. All of these depend on the quality and quantity of water.

  • Intracellular metabolism takes place thanks to water.
    • Energy production in the mitochondria (ATP synthesis) is regulated properly when there is sufficient water.
    • Lymphatic drainagetoxin elimination, and heavy metal excretion slow down when water is insufficient.
    • The balance of the gut flora is directly related to the effect of water on stomach acid and bile flow.

In other words: the inability to lose weightbloatingconstipationskin problemschronic fatigue, and even mood fluctuations can be rooted in a lack of water.

When and How Should You Drink Water?

Not just drinking water, but consuming it at the right time and consciously, is also a health skill.
The ideal approach is:

  • At least 30 minutes before meals,
  • At the earliest 1 to 1.5 hours after meals,
  • Throughout the day, water should be consumed regularly at a rate of 35-40 ml per kilogram of body weight.

For example, the daily need for a person weighing 70 kg is approximately 2.5-2.8 liters.
Excessive water consumption during meals dilutes stomach acid, makes digestion harder, and creates fermentationbloating, and acid-base imbalance in the digestive system.

Not Just Quantity: The Quality of Water Matters Too

"Not all water is water. Every drop either carries healing or silently washes away."

It's not just the amount of water that matters; its sourcemineral compositionelectrical conductivity, and electromagnetic memory also affect health.

  1. Living Water:

Water obtained from natural sources, unprocessed, with an intact electromagnetic memory. It is compatible with the body's biophotonic resonance. This type of water has a high carrying power.
In other words: it doesn't just reach the cell — it understands and transforms it.

  1. Bottled Water (Commercial Water):

Not every bottle is healthy. Water kept for long periods in plastic bottles, exposed to UV light and heat, may contain microplastics and endocrine-disrupting substances (particularly BPA). This means drinking such water can amount to poisoning yourself.

  1. Mineral Water and Ayran:
  • Natural mineral waters, particularly during hot summer months, balance electrolytes such as sodium, magnesium and potassium that are lost through sweat.
    • Homemade ayran (yogurt drink) supports the gut flora with its probiotic effect and regulates stomach acid.
    • Care should be taken with both drinks, as excessive consumption can create a salt load, and they should not replace your daily water intake.
  1. Vegetable Juices:

Freshly squeezed juices from vegetables such as celery, cucumber, parsley and spinach are both a detox supporter and encourage cell renewal with live enzymes. However, the fruit ratio should be kept low.

Nazlıkul's Guide to Water:

  • Water should be the first thing you drink upon waking in the morning (at room temperature, preferably with lemon or a pinch of baking soda).
  • Water is not an alternative to coffee and tea — it is the main beverage.
  • Water kept close to electromagnetic fields (phone, Wi-Fi, microwave) loses its structure.
  • Water stored in a glass bottle in a dark and cool place is the healthiest.
  • Drinking water is not just a physical cleanse, but a spiritual one too.

Water Is Memory, Water Is the Future

Drinking water is not just a health habit, it is an investment in the future.
Regularly nourishing the body with water is, in fact, balancing the immune system, the mind, the spirit, and the flora all together.

"Give your body water with love. Because you are not just drinking water — you are drinking life itself."
