From cell phones to high-voltage lines... The invisible danger: Electrosmog*

Cell phones, wireless internet, cell towers, Bluetooth devices, electrical home appliances, high-voltage power lines, transformers, city trams, electric vehicles...

All of these technological devices and systems have brought great convenience into our lives. But they have an invisible side effect: electrosmog.

Electrosmog* is electromagnetic field (EMF) pollution that surrounds us. It cannot be seen or touched, but it is perceived by our body, affects it, and over time makes it ill. This is because we humans are, biophysically speaking, electrical beings ourselves. All the cells, hormones, and nerve signals in our body operate through electrical and magnetic signals.

A BIOPHYSICAL REALITY: HUMANS LIVE WITHIN AN ELECTROMAGNETIC SYSTEM

The human body is a system that operates through a nerve network approximately 500,000 kilometers long, carrying a voltage of roughly 1-250 microvolts. Our heartbeat, brain waves, hormones, and immune responses are all governed by the electromagnetic language of this system. Disrupting this language means disrupting cellular communication. Electrosmog disrupts this language.

WHERE DOES ELECTROSMOG COME FROM

  • High-Voltage Lines (380 kV – 154 kV): Create an ELF (extremely low frequency) electromagnetic field around them.
  • Transformers and Distribution Lines: Common even within city neighborhoods.
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cell Phones: Constant sources of EMF that penetrate even into our homes.
  • Cell Towers and Satellite Dishes
  • Electric Vehicles, Rail Systems, MRI Devices with Magnetic Fields

SYMPTOMS OF ELECTROSMOG

If you have the following symptoms, know that you are under an invisible siege:

  • Constant fatigue and weakness
  • Difficulty falling asleep, waking at night, waking up tired in the morning
  • Concentration disorders, brain fog
  • Unexplained headache, eye pain
  • Allergic cough, dry skin, itching
  • Tension, anxiety, emotional fluctuations
  • Blood pressure irregularities, palpitations
  • Weakened immune system, frequent illness
  • Complaints with no identifiable cause and chronic problems

ITS LINK TO CHRONIC DISEASES IS NOW KNOWN

Recent scientific findings show that long-term exposure to electromagnetic fields has become associated with many chronic diseases, including:

  • Leukemia, particularly acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in children
  • Lymphoma (lymphatic system cancers that begin with painless swollen glands)
  • Neurological disorders, especially Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
  • Hormonal dysfunctions, thyroid imbalances, suppression of melatonin
  • Sleep disorders and the resulting deficiencies in growth hormone
  • Infertility, deterioration in sperm quality
  • Risk of miscarriage during pregnancy, difficult births, and developmental disorders.

MAGNETIC FIELDS AND BODY BALANCE: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MELATONIN AND SLEEP

  • The pineal gland, located at the center of the brain, is an electromagnetic organ that becomes active at night in the dark to secrete the hormone melatonin.
  • Melatonin is necessary not only for sleep but also for the immune system, cellular repair, growth hormone release, and anti-cancer activity.
  • Electrosmog disrupts melatonin production, disabling the nighttime system that heals the body.

WHAT DO REGULATORY BODIES SAY

  • ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) limits for high-voltage lines:
  • Electric field (EF) intensity: 5000 V/m
  • Magnetic field (MF) intensity: 80 A/m
  • Recommended limits for indoor spaces according to WHO (World Health Organization):
    • 100 V/m electric field, 0.2 µT (2 mG) magnetic field

WHAT SHOULD THE SOLUTION BE, ACCORDING TO THE NAZLIKUL APPROACH

  1. Awareness of electrosmog must be developed.
  2. Homes located close to high-voltage lines should be avoided.
  3. Bedrooms should be cleared of electromagnetic pollution.
  4. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and wireless systems should be turned off at night.
  5. Certain biophysical regulation devices that reduce the effects of electrosmog can be used.
  6. Autonomic nervous system regulation should be achieved with neural therapy.
  7. Electromagnetic pollution surveys should be conducted, and work should be done together with building biologists.
  8. Detoxification, heavy metal cleansing, regulation of the intestinal flora, proper nutrition, and emotional balance are important.

A FINAL WORD: WE MUST DEVELOP VISIBLE AWARENESS AGAINST AN INVISIBLE THREAT

Our intention is not to be hostile to technology. On the contrary, our goal is to ensure that, without forgetting that humans are biological electromagnetic beings, technology does not disrupt our natural magnetic rhythm.

"The lullaby of the modern age is like a silent poison. Electrosmog puts us to sleep while making our bodies ill."
