The resurgence of Donald Trump in the United States has overshadowed hopes for a healthier and more balanced future for the world.

In this period, where the multipolar world is evolving into a more complex and uncertain place along the axis of the policies pursued by Trump and his team, the importance of key countries such as Germany is increasing even further. As Germany passes through this critical threshold, the outcome of its elections will shape the future not only of the country itself, but also of the European Union (EU) and the world.

GERMANY'S SITUATION AND THE GREENS' POLICIES

Germany has, in recent years, been confronting economic crises and wavering in its foreign policy. The harsh and inflexible policies of foreign ministers with roots in the Greens party have caused Germany to lose its traditional diplomatic balance. In particular, decisions that led to the energy crisis and a diplomatic approach that acted with partiality have harmed the country's economic and political stability.

In the past, under Merkel's leadership, SPD and CDU/CSU coalitions governed Germany with a diplomatic mastery that left no room for doubt; today, this balance is lacking. Germany feels the need for a wiser and more solid diplomacy. At this point, the SPD needs to draw lessons from the grand coalition period to produce more effective policies.

THE FAR-RIGHT THREAT AND TRUMP'S INFLUENCE

It is a fact that the far right is on the rise in Germany. This rise also includes the indirect support Trump has given to radical right-wing groups around the world. Germany's political stability and Europe's future depend on standing against this rise of the far right. At this point, voters of Turkish origin in Germany can play a critical role. Their participation in elections, casting their votes, and saying no to the far right has the power to counter this threat.

THE ROLE OF VOTERS OF TURKISH ORIGIN

Voters of Turkish origin in Germany have the potential to make a difference through their voter turnout. However, it is important to be aware of this power and to act consciously. As voters of Turkish origin, we have a responsibility to protect democracy and to stand against the rise of the far right. This has a critical impact not only on Germany's future, but also on shaping Europe.

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SPD AND CDU/CSU

It is essential for the SPD to regain momentum in these elections. The CDU/CSU, meanwhile, must act on the lessons drawn from the policies of the Merkel era. Because these experiences are vital for Germany to act as a stabilizing force in a multipolar world. A stronger Germany means a more effective European Union, and this in turn contributes to the world having a more predictable future.

CONCLUSION: PARTICIPATE IN THE ELECTION, SHAPE THE FUTURE

Germany's future will be shaped by the active participation of every individual. In these elections, solid and predictable leadership is very important not only for Germany, but for the world as well. As voters of Turkish origin, we should shoulder this responsibility and make an effort, by using our votes, to ensure that this critical turning point results in a positive direction. The future is in our hands; we must act together to defend democracy and stop the far right.
