The emotion that makes life a prison: Stress... Do these things to reduce it
Set limits on your work day and stick to them.
Take occasional breaks from your work during the day and, if possible, get some fresh air.
Even a short walk will calm your nerves.
Make exercise a routine.
Be sure to engage in physical activity.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Be flexible, and avoid tension and aggression.
Regular physical activity will help you both be productive in your work and cope with stress.
Make eating natural food a habit.
Stay away from refined sugar and caffeinated drinks.
The moment you feel tense, listen to music that gives you peace.
Develop your sense of humor.
Try to identify the cause of your stress.
Take advantage of the power of scent. Try to relax amid natural scents like apple and lemon that give you peace.
Try relaxation techniques and practice meditation.
Try to identify the problem or problems causing your stress and work toward a solution.
Put your sex life in order.
Don't forget to laugh.
Talk things through with your friends and loved ones.
The moment you find it difficult to cope with stress, consult a psychotherapist.
SNACKS TO SUPPRESS HUNGER
Before snacking on something, ask yourself if you're really hungry.
When you feel hungry, drink a glass of water right away. Once your stomach is full, you will have relieved your feeling of hunger thanks to the satiety reflex.
If you cannot relieve your feeling of hunger:
Cucumber with curd cheese or pear
Fruit salad with quark
Two tablespoons of yogurt with plenty of fruit
Rye crispbread with hazelnut butter and an apple on the side
Crumbled hazelnut pieces on banana-grain diet bread
Buckwheat bread, vegetable oils, and cucumber slices
You can eat unsalted white cheese with raspberry syrup and grated coconut.
If you have a lemon with you, cut a slice and drink its juice. A slice of lemon juice will reduce your feeling of hunger.
Prefer smaller meals instead of large ones.
The feeling of fullness is controlled by a center in the brain.
Another way to keep hunger at bay is to stay active.
A diet based on calorie restriction alone cannot succeed in the long term.
Weight lost through activity is weight lost permanently.
