Red-colored foods are rich in lycopene and reduce the risk of cancer. Leading red-colored foods include tomatoes, watermelon, and pink grapefruit.

Anti-aging strategies, though not always, are actually reduction therapies in nature. Thanks to these strategies, our body's hormones can be released regularly. As scientifically explained, molecules such as growth hormone and melatonin — which hold a very important place for our body — can be produced in greater amounts simply by reducing dinner. This way, it may be possible to rejuvenate and extend life without needing these synthetically produced substances.

Another proven experience is that people who eat sufficient amounts in the morning and at noon can give up dinner in a short time, and their bodies become accustomed to this new eating pattern, with the stomach no longer sending hunger signals to the brain.

There is a perfect cycle of existence in life. Oxygen strips away electrons and pulls them toward itself. During this leap, the energy necessary for countless compounds to form is released. Oxygen can create new energy by pulling electrons from these newly formed compounds back to itself.

Nutrients that have entered our body are broken down into their structural phases many times before gaining the strength to carry out this electron leap. During this breakdown, hydrogen is first formed from the nutrients. As hydrogen binds with oxygen to form water, energy is released.

THE COLORS OF FOODS: RED

Red-colored foods are rich in lycopene and reduce the risk of cancer. Leading red-colored foods include tomatoes, watermelon, and pink grapefruit.

Foods close to purple have the same property. Grapes, red wine, blackberries, raspberries, and red apples are at the top of this type of food.

ORANGE-YELLOW

These types of foods contain alpha- and beta-carotene; they prevent the spread of cancer and renew cells. Carrots, mango, winter fruits, and sweet potato are in this group.

YELLOW AND ORANGE-YELLOW

These types of foods protect cells, primarily with vitamin C, and contain many minerals such as beta-cryptoxanthin.

Orange, green beans, and avocado are counted in this group.

YELLOW AND GREEN

These types of foods contain lutein and carotene and are beneficial for eye health. Spinach and other green vegetables, fresh corn, green beans, fresh legumes, and avocado are examples of this type of food.

GREEN

Green-colored foods, on the other hand, prevent gene damage and have a preventive property against bone cancer and other cancers. Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and cabbage are at the top of this type of food.

WHITE/GREEN

These types of foods protect the thin membrane of cells. Onion, garlic, celery, and pear are in this group.
