The 10 Golden Rules of Healthy Eating

For a healthy and balanced detox, "Healthy Nutrition" is very important.

The 10 golden rules of healthy eating:

1. The foods consumed should be rich in variety.

2. The amount of energy/calories you take in matters.

3. It is beneficial to divide your total food intake across more meals.

4. Enough protein should be taken in.

5. You should keep your fat consumption within limits.

6. Make it a habit to eat fresh vegetables, fruit, and grain products every day.

7. Unfortunately: You should stay away from sweets.

8. Prepare your meals without damaging the nutrients in the food.

9. Water: It is essential for life. It is as vital as the air we breathe.

10. Sport and exercise should not be neglected.

"A POWERFUL ANTIOXIDANT..."

For example; Foods effective for detox and how to use them:

PINEAPPLE: Recommended for its abundant vitamin C and for bromelain, which supports skin and digestive detox.

GRAPEFRUIT: A favorite fruit of all detox regimens. It contains a high amount of vitamin C and fiber. Those taking cholesterol-lowering medication (statins) should not consume grapefruit juice at the same time as these medications.

APRICOT AND PEACH: They contain beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant. They also contain some flavonoids, plant fiber, potassium, and other minerals.

ORANGE: Rich in vitamin C, a very valuable antioxidant and detox vitamin. It contains an abundance of fiber and flavonoids.

APPLE: A source of the highly beneficial flavonoid lycopene, the cholesterol-lowering pectin, and many vitamins.

BLACK GRAPES: A rich source of vitamins. Its seeds contain proanthocyanidin, a very valuable antioxidant.

KIWI: A storehouse of vitamin C and minerals.

SUPER DETOX VEGETABLES

CABBAGE FAMILY VEGETABLES: White and red cabbage, broccoli, turnip, mustard greens, red radish, beet, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower are indispensable elements of detox regimens.
