Wanting to live longer, of course, comes at a price. Whether or not to pay the price of healthy living is entirely up to a person's own free will.

Did you know that it is possible to extend your lifespan and stay healthy simply by cutting your daily calorie intake?

Scientists are searching for ways to abstain from eating without going hungry. A Chinese proverb from 3,000 years ago is gaining new relevance today: “Leave dinner to your enemy.” There is a similar German proverb: “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a working man, and dinner like a beggar.”

People who eat too much in the evenings first feel unwell in the evenings, then during the day, and eventually throughout their entire lives, and they themselves are astonished to see how these illnesses have made their lives unbearable.

Nature was never concerned with treating vascular diseases (circulatory disorders). In past years, our bodies never needed to secrete a hormone in order to open blocked heart vessels.

Contrary to what everyone generally believes, sleeping on an empty stomach is better than sleeping on a full one. Sleeping on an empty stomach is necessary for quality sleep.
