Hidden/silent inflammations, which we do not feel immediately and which go unnoticed for a long time, pose a great risk to our health!

As age advances, the immune system secretes more pro-inflammatory messenger substances that cause further aging. This condition, depending on the person's lifestyle, can also be called "Inflamm-Aging."

Lifestyle, daily diet, the burden placed on the connective tissue, and emotional and chronic stress have a significant effect on individual inflammation risk, triggering silent inflammatory processes!

Hidden/silent inflammations, which we do not feel immediately and which go unnoticed for a long time, pose a great risk to our health!

It is striking that the German poet and scientist Goethe compared the aging process to a "cold fire" (= hidden inflammation).

Various reviews, articles, and books have discussed the connections between hidden inflammation, aging, fat cells, diabetes, and high blood pressure. These are by no means separate diseases from one another. Hidden inflammation is their common point.

One of the most important substances for preventing hidden inflammation, or at least keeping it under control, is certainly omega-3 fatty acids, particularly eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), obtained from seafood (such as fish or algae oil).

HIDDEN INFLAMMATIONS ARE DANGEROUS

Hidden inflammation makes you sick and causes faster aging. The initial signs of chronic inflammation are not specific: daytime fatigue, joint and muscle pain, loss of strength, muscle weakness, and depressed mood. This hidden inflammation is the cause of heart attack or stroke, excess weight, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and most other autoimmune diseases, and can also cause fatigue and depressed mood. It can trigger diseases such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes, and can accelerate the aging process.

To prevent the development of hidden inflammation, being overweight and consuming excessive amounts of sugar, junk food, saturated fat, and refined carbohydrates should be avoided. For this reason, treatment should begin with nutrition, weight management, and physical activity.

Since many of the diseases of our age, such as carcinomas, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, or Alzheimer's, also stem from poor nutrition, knowledge about nutrition regarding the effect of oxidative and inflammatory stress is of great importance.

At the same time, moderate, health-focused exercise is preferred. In general, it should be recognized that unhealthy nutrition, excess weight, and overload increase the hidden inflammatory processes in our body.

HIDDEN INFLAMMATION AFFECTS ALMOST EVERYONE

In contrast, hidden inflammation is almost never noticed and is almost never treated. Effective and proven natural substances exist for treating inflammation, but they must be used regularly.

Hidden inflammation affects almost everyone, becoming increasingly more prevalent with every year of life. Over the years, without being noticed, it does increasing damage to the body's cells, connective tissue, and organs. Arterial wall cells, immune cells, muscle cells, and nerve and brain cells are particularly affected. Arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, dementia, and nerve diseases develop sometimes at a young age and sometimes, naturally, in old age.
