Try to correctly recognize your body's signals.

The moment you feel tired, limit your activity and take short breaks throughout your work.

Organize your diet as well as you possibly can.

Be sure to eat breakfast every morning.

Prefer naturally and ecologically grown foods over chemically produced ones.

Take walks throughout the day.

Spread your work out over time and avoid unnecessary workloads.

Reduce your workload by sharing it with others.

Prepare the next day's work schedule every day.

Try to prevent yourself from being worn down by possible changes, new tasks and ideas, and unexpected developments, meetings, and conversations.

Work sitting down whenever possible, and identify the body positions in which you tire the least.

Take advantage of the relaxing effect of music.

Whenever you find time, don't neglect to go outside for fresh air and a walk.

Learn relaxation techniques and attention exercises you can practice at your desk.

Take advantage of the synergy of yoga, which provides both exercise and rest, as well as meditation and self-hypnosis techniques.

The shift between night and day helps your body balance its daily rhythm. Live in a way that does not disrupt your body's circadian rhythm.

If you get 7-8 hours of sleep every night, you'll be in good form throughout the day.

Take short naps in the afternoons.

Be optimistic, look at events positively, and be helpful and constructive.

Use optimism (positive thinking) like a magic remedy that provides energy and relieves fatigue.

You should not consume too many carbohydrates and should avoid ready-made meals.

Taking a cold shower is also good for fatigue.

Make sure you're getting adequate vitamins and minerals. Fatigue is a typical sign of deficiency in certain nutrients, such as iron, zinc, magnesium, or vitamin B12.

Screens like those on smartphones emit bluish light that tells our brain it's daytime. This can make it harder for you to fall asleep. For this reason, avoid television, computers, and smartphones for at least an hour before bed.
