Stress, the Child of Our Age Stress is an important part of life's struggle. That is why we must…

Experiencing a certain degree of stress is normal for everyone, and each of us has a different tolerance for stress. But in general, stress is a significant problem. Rather than learning to live with this problem, we should seek ways to get rid of it. Because if we sit idly by without fighting against stress, once we cross our personal stress threshold, we invite many mental and physical illnesses. Moreover, since we have difficulty digesting the food we eat while under stress, we cause our bodies to become more acidic. For this reason, we should tirelessly try to find ways to cope with stress. However, while resolving to fight against stress, we should not forget that stress also has positive effects on people.
Fight against stress!
Stress is an important part of life’s struggle. That is why we must also learn to master stress and turn it into something useful for us. In fact, if there were no stress at all in our lives, we might grow bored of living a monotonous life. So what needs to be done is to let stress motivate us into action while not letting it defeat us. It is also not really possible to make a generalization about stress. Every person copes with stress to the extent they can tolerate it. The sources of stress also vary from person to person. A problem that is a source of worry and anxiety for one woman may not affect another woman at all. Adapting to a certain routine in work life is a source of stress for some people, while others may become stressed due to an irregular working life.
One of the greatest causes of stress is not living in the moment. Just as we need to free ourselves from constantly reckoning with the past, it is equally pointless to worry excessively about plans for the future. We should live today to the fullest, feel the richness of every moment in every cell of our body, and make the most of every moment we have. Because time waits for no one. Yesterday is already history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift presented to us, right here in our hands. Only with this perspective can we prevent stress from taking over our being.
The type of stress matters
If you are living under stress, you should not ignore it. Many people, in order to defend themselves against stress, try to deny it exists. They believe this will free them from their troubles. However, what you need to do is determine which events are causing you distress and investigate how your body responds to stress.
Come to terms with yourself
We all face various problems throughout our lives, but the real problem is not knowing how to solve them. This leaves us alone with our worry. However, unless we give up living in a state of constant worry, there is no way for us to get rid of stress.
Experts state that stress largely develops from a feeling of self-pity. As we become more helpless in the face of life’s difficulties, we begin to feel sorry for ourselves. There is a hidden child in a corner of everyone’s inner world, and we need to find that child and come to an inner reckoning with them — or rather, make peace with ourselves. We should see life not as a race, but as a beautiful journey whose every second should be savored, and we should plan our time in a way that allows our responsibilities and our social life to move forward together. It must not be forgotten that the moment we are living is the most valuable time, and the person we share that moment with is the most valuable person.
Our aim should be to live in the moment with all our heart. Then happiness will be as beautiful and as natural as the air you breathe. A person who lives the moment to the fullest is already happy. This is the recipe both for a sound, uninterrupted sleep and for spreading happiness across a lifetime!
Besides living in the moment, it is also beneficial to make use of the miracles nature offers us. In particular, herbs that lift our spirits and relax us, energizing foods, and a lifestyle that will help us be happy are among the best ways to cope with stress.
