Strict Dietary Regimen (Fasting). One of the easiest methods for ridding the body of the toxic…

This method is both very effective and more economical than other methods. The most difficult aspect of this method is that it takes a relatively long time and requires the person to exercise willpower. In particular, if the people who intend to undergo detoxification are heavily dependent on substances (excessive tobacco, alcohol, medication, etc.) or lack regular daily eating habits, they should seek professional help before beginning the program. On the other hand, it is definitely very risky for people with hypothyroidism or hypoglycemia, those recovering from surgery, or those with diseases such as cancer to begin such a program without professional help.
It should also be noted that, some time after beginning detoxification — which is related to the amount of toxins in the body — certain dysfunctions may occur. Toxins accumulated in the body are found in deep tissues, that is, in the cells. In an organism trying to rid itself of toxins, toxins first pass from intracellular and extracellular fluids into the bloodstream. When this process, which is not continuous, begins to take place, a sense of malaise, exhaustion, and fatigue can appear in the body. During these periods when toxins concentrate in the blood, unpleasant symptoms that may appear include headaches, a coated tongue and loss of taste, some temporary skin rashes, mild nausea, diarrhea, and mild depression. This condition gradually decreases over time and disappears as the body is cleansed of toxins.
On the other hand, this regimen is also recommended for use during illness. It is a very effective method for supporting treatment, particularly in acute colon disorders, allergies, and respiratory diseases. On the other hand, it has been observed that this method is less beneficial in chronic degenerative diseases. When we relieve the digestive system, this regimen eases the burden on an organism already working to rid itself of toxins, allowing the organism to cleanse itself more quickly. With a strict dietary regimen performed at regular intervals, the body not only regains its health but, thanks to the digestive organs being rested, also fulfills many elements of a healthy life, such as healthy aging, staying more vigorous, and living longer.
During this regimen;
• While the body's process of ridding itself of toxins accelerates, since toxin intake is minimized, the toxin level in the body gradually decreases.
• Since the energy required for digestion is greatly reduced, this energy is used to strengthen the immune system, renew the body's cells, and speed up the excretory system.
• Because the digestive system is relieved, allergic and inflammatory reactions to food do not occur.
• As serum fats decrease, the blood thins, oxygen-carrying capacity increases, and the formed elements of the blood move more freely.
• Pesticides (agricultural chemicals) and drugs accumulated in fat are rapidly eliminated from the body.
Thanks to this regimen, illness is overcome, the liver and colon are cleansed, excess water and waste are eliminated, the eyes become clearer, and the tongue and breath are cleansed.
Depending on the duration of the program, a 3-day regimen helps eliminate toxins from the body and cleanse the blood, while a 5-day regimen helps the immune system begin to strengthen. A 10-day regimen is the best method to use for freeing oneself from a variety of problems and chemical residues, ranging from controlling degenerative diseases to healing many illnesses. There are some important points that must be observed when following this regimen. First of all, this regimen should never be done with water alone. This is because, in a regimen done with water alone, toxins can enter the bloodstream all at once, which can cause various unpleasant conditions such as severe headaches. Instead, a regimen done with fresh fruit or vegetable juices helps you rid yourself of toxins more quickly, since it provides greater vitamin intake.
