How Long Does Treatment Take with Neural Therapy? The duration of treatment depends on the complaint and the condition of the patient's body.
The duration of treatment depends on the complaint and the condition of the patient's body.

If the complaint has just started—in which case it is an acute event—a treatment of two or three sessions may be sufficient. Chronic problems, on the other hand, may require a longer treatment period. For chronic back pain arising from various causes, where no previous treatment has been sought, the average treatment period is approximately 5-6 sessions.

These average treatment durations have been established as a result of extensive advanced research at the University of Bern in Switzerland and the Giessen Faculty of Medicine.

According to this same research, the treatment outcomes of neural therapy are better than those of previous treatments, and the cost of treatment is lower. These and other scientific research results and cost analyses by Professor Dr. Lorenz Fischer at the University of Bern attracted great attention among Switzerland’s health boards. Switzerland’s social insurance institution covers the cost of neural therapy.

New neural therapy appointments can also be scheduled at regular intervals of a few months. This is especially the case for migraine and allergies. In interference field therapy, repeated treatments may also be necessary, because an interference field does not disappear completely with a single injection. For a typical interference field, it is common for symptoms to disappear within 20 hours after the injection. However, for an interference field in a tooth, this period is around 8 hours, after which the treatment must be repeated. After each treatment session, the period before the patient’s complaints reappear grows longer. Treatment should be continued until the patient reaches an ideal state. In segment therapy, symptoms ease over time, and treatment is continued at longer intervals.

Achieving Success in Treatment

The human body must be evaluated from a more comprehensive perspective. The morphological perspective encompasses physical and chemical parameters. However, functional integrity and perspective must also be included. This functional perspective must also encompass energetic and cybernetic states.

The main condition for success in treatment is an accurate diagnosis. The diagnostic process must be individualized, taking into account the temporal relationship of changes occurring in the person along with their functional structure. In this sense, neural therapy is a method that can serve as a bridge between regulation medicine and modern medicine. Neural therapy is a treatment method rooted in modern medicine that has developed its own principles and techniques, and it is the most effective treatment approach for regulating a disrupted nervous system.

Coverage of Treatment Costs by Insurance

Statutory health insurance in our country does not cover the costs of neural therapy treatment. However, when taking out private health insurance, it would be wise to ask the chosen insurance company whether neural therapy treatment is included in the coverage, since all injections are listed in the medical fee schedule.
